WHY CHOOSE US?

As one of the founders and visionaries of PathStone Corporation, a thriving not-for-profit that now serves communities throughout nine states and Puerto Rico I have developed and honed a set of skills and experience that I’m excited to share with those committed to advancing the cause of social and economic justice. I possess a deep knowledge of program service delivery systems, supervision of executive leadership, strategic organizational development, and executable community advocacy–in urban, suburban, and rural settings.

Organizational transitions, internal staff and board dissension, financial shortfalls, and mission creep can all undermine the impact, and intentions, of community organizations. My expertise addresses these issues through an inclusive leadership style that emphasizes consensus decision-making, servant leadership and organizational learning groups.
